📝 1. Homogenize the tissue sample using a homogenizer. 2. Weigh 4.00±0.05 g of the homogenized sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube, add 1 mL of extraction solvent 1, then add 5 mL of extraction solvent 2, vortex for 2 min, and centrifuge at 3000~4000 r/min for 5 min. 3. Transfer 3 mL of the upper layer to a 10 mL centrifuge tube and evaporate to dryness under a nitrogen or air stream in a 50~60℃ water bath. 4. Add 300 μL of sample reconstitution solution, vortex for 30 s, and the resulting solution is the test sample solution.
Homogenize the tissue sample using a homogenizer. Weigh 4.00±0.05 g of the homogenized sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube, add 1 mL of extraction agent 1, then add 5 mL of extraction agent 2, vortex for 2 min using a vortex mixer, and centrifuge at 3000~4000 r/min for 5 min. Transfer 3 mL of the supernatant to a 10 mL centrifuge tube, and dry under a nitrogen or air stream in a 50~60°C water bath. Add 300 μL of sample reconstitution solution, and vortex for 30 s using a vortex mixer to obtain the test sample solution.

🧪 Test Procedure
1. Before the experiment, carefully read the operating instructions. Before use, allow the test card and sample to reach room temperature (20~25℃). 2. Remove the reagent barrel and test card bag from the original packaging. After opening, take out the required number of microwell reagents and test cards, label them, and use immediately. 3. Using a pipette, draw 100 μL of the sample solution into a microwell, slowly aspirate and mix thoroughly with the microwell reagent. 4. After incubating at room temperature for 3 min, use a pipette to draw approximately 100 μL of the mixed solution and drip it vertically into the sample well (S well), or use the disposable dropper provided in the kit to slowly drip 3 drops vertically into the sample well (S well). 5. Start timing when the liquid begins to flow. Allow to react for 5 min, then immediately interpret the result according to the schematic diagram or read the result using a colloidal gold analyzer. Interpretation at any other time is invalid.
