📝 Homogenize the tissue sample using a homogenizer. Weigh 2.00±0.05 g of the homogenized tissue sample into a 10 mL centrifuge tube, add 3 mL of sample extraction solution, and vortex for 2 min to mix thoroughly. Centrifuge at 4000 r/min for 5 min. Transfer 2 mL of the upper organic phase to a 10 mL centrifuge tube and evaporate to dryness under a nitrogen or air stream in a water bath at 50–60°C. Add 250 µL of sample reconstitution solution and vortex for 1 min to obtain the test solution.
