📝 Homogenize the tissue sample using a homogenizer; weigh 1.00±0.05 g of the homogenized tissue sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube, add 4 mL of sample diluent, vortex for 2 min until thoroughly mixed, centrifuge at 4000 r/min for 5 min to obtain sample solution 1. Accurately pipette 20 µL of sample solution 1 into a 2 mL centrifuge tube, add 180 µL of sample diluent and mix thoroughly to obtain sample solution 2. Then, pipette 20 µL of sample solution 2 into a new 2 mL centrifuge tube, add 180 µL of sample diluent and mix thoroughly; this is the test solution.

🧪 Test Procedure
Read the operation manual carefully before experiment. Before use, equilibrate the test card and test sample to room temperature (20~25℃). Remove the test card from the original packaging. Open and mark it, then use immediately. Using a pipette, transfer 100 μL of test sample solution into the sample well (S well). Alternatively, using the disposable dropper provided in the kit, aspirate the test sample solution and add 3 drops vertically and slowly into the sample well (S well). Start timing when liquid begins to flow. React for 8 min. Immediately interpret the result according to the diagram. Results read at other times are invalid.
