📝 Before testing, the sample should be returned to room temperature (20–30°C). Take a fresh sample, wipe off soil, and cut into pieces smaller than 1 cm³. Weigh 2.00±0.05 g of the sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube, add 6 mL of extraction solution, cap the tube, vortex or shake vigorously by hand for 1 min, and let stand for 5 min to obtain the sample solution. According to the testing requirements, dilute and mix as per the table below to obtain the test solution. (Note: For yam samples, after cutting into pieces, use yam extraction solution for extraction.)
Sample Name | National Standard Limit (mg/kg) | Sample Solution (µL) + Extraction Solution (µL)
Pear | 0.2 | No dilution required; use as test solution
Yam | 0.3 | No dilution required; use as test solution
Asparagus | 0.5 | 600 + 400
Cucumber, Onion | 1 | 350 + 650
Apple, Grape, Mango | 2 | 200 + 800
Dragon fruit, Choy sum, Spring onion, Garlic scape, Wax apple | | 150 + 850
Jujube (fresh) | 3 | 100 + 900
Tangerine, Orange, Pomelo, Longan, Loquat | 5 | 60 + 940
Kiwifruit, Pineapple, Papaya, Mangosteen, Pomegranate | 7 | 40 + 960
Pomelo, Lemon | 10 | 25 + 975
Note: The above table does not list all testable samples. For samples not listed, applicability must be confirmed with our technical center. After sample preparation, spotting should be completed within 5 min. The sampling method refers to the "Administrative Measures for Food Safety Sampling Inspection" (2019 Order No. 15 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), and the national standard limits refer to GB 2763.
Before testing, samples should be returned to room temperature (20–30°C). Take fresh samples, wipe off soil, and cut into pieces smaller than 1 cm square.
Weigh 2.00±0.05 g of sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube, then add 6 mL of extraction solution, cap the tube, vortex or manually shake up and down for 1 min, and let stand for 5 min to obtain sample solution. According to testing requirements, dilute and mix according to the table below to obtain the test solution. (Note: After cutting yam samples, extract using yam extraction solution.)
