🧪 Test Procedure

Read the operating instructions carefully before the experiment. Before use, equilibrate the test card and the test sample to room temperature. Remove the reagent bucket and test strip bag from their original packaging. After opening, take out the required number of microwell reagents and test cards, and label them. Use within 60 min as soon as possible. Using a pipette, transfer 200 μL of the test sample solution into each microwell for clenbuterol, ractopamine, and salbutamol. Slowly aspirate and mix thoroughly with the microwell reagent. Incubate at room temperature for 5 min. After incubation, use a pipette to transfer 60 μL of the clenbuterol microwell mixed solution and vertically dispense it into the left sample well (S well), or use the disposable dropper provided in the kit to vertically and slowly add 2 drops of the clenbuterol microwell mixed solution into the left sample well (S well); transfer 60 μL of the ractopamine microwell mixed solution and vertically dispense it into the middle sample well (S well), or use the disposable dropper to vertically and slowly add 2 drops of the ractopamine microwell mixed solution into the middle sample well (S well); transfer 60 μL of the salbutamol microwell mixed solution and vertically dispense it into the right sample well (S well), or use the disposable dropper to vertically and slowly add 2 drops of the salbutamol microwell mixed solution into the right sample well (S well).
