📝 Take the defatted tissue sample and homogenize it in a homogenizer. Weigh 2.00 ± 0.05 g of the homogenized sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube, add 2 mL of NaCl solution, vortex for 2 min, then add 3 mL of Sample Extraction Solution 1 and 500 μL of Sample Extraction Solution 2, vortex for 3 min, and centrifuge at 3000–4000 r/min for 5 min. Transfer 1 mL of the middle organic phase into a 10 mL centrifuge tube and evaporate to dryness under a nitrogen or air stream in a 50–60 °C water bath. Add 300 µL of Sample Reconstitution Solution, vortex for 20 s, and the resulting solution is the test solution. Note: If the volume taken is less than 1 mL, shake to resuspend and centrifuge again.
