🧪 Test Procedure

Before the experiment, carefully read the operating instructions. Before use, allow the test card and sample solution to equilibrate to room temperature (20–25°C). Remove the test card from the original packaging, take out the required number of test cards, label them, and use immediately. Using a pipette, aspirate 100 μL of sample solution and vertically add it into the sample well (S well), or use the disposable dropper provided in the kit to aspirate sample solution and slowly add 3 drops vertically into the sample well (S well). Start timing when liquid begins to flow. React for 5 min, then immediately interpret the result according to the result diagram or read the test result using a colloidal gold reader. Interpretations at other times are invalid.
