2. Weigh 4.00±0.05 g of the homogenized sample into a 15 mL centrifuge tube, add 1 mL of extraction solvent 1, then add 5 mL of extraction solvent 2, vortex for 2 min, and centrifuge at 3000~4000 r/min for 5 min.
3. Transfer 3 mL of the upper layer to a 10 mL centrifuge tube and evaporate to dryness under a nitrogen or air stream in a 50~60℃ water bath.
4. Add 300 μL of sample reconstitution solution, vortex for 30 s, and the resulting solution is the test sample solution.
