📝 Sample Preparation
Weigh 4.00±0.05 g homogenized sample into a 15 mL Centrifuge Tube. 🧪 Test Procedure
Please read the operating instructions carefully before the experiment. Before use, bring the test card and the sample solution to room temperature. Remove the reagent barrel and test strip bag from the original packaging. After opening, take out the required number of microwell reagents and test cards, and label them. Please use within 60 min as soon as possible. Using a pipette, aspirate 200 μL of the sample solution into the microwell, slowly pipette up and down to mix thoroughly with the microwell reagent. After incubation at room temperature for 5 min, use a pipette to draw approximately 100 μL of the mixed solution and drop it vertically into the sample well (S well), or use the disposable dropper provided in the kit to draw the mixed solution and slowly add 3 drops vertically into the sample well (S well). Start timing when the liquid begins to flow. React for 5 min, then immediately interpret the result according to the schematic diagram. Interpretations made at other times are invalid.
