Detection
Turn on the Thermostatic Incubator; ready to use once temperature reaches 37°C;
Before the experiment, please read this manual and the fluorescence reader operating instructions carefully. Before use, allow the test cassette and the sample solution to equilibrate to room temperature. Remove the test cassette from the original packaging, mark it, and use immediately. Using a pipette, add 100 μL of the sample solution vertically into the sample well. Place on an incubator at 38°C and incubate for 8 minutes. Insert the test cassette (sample end) into the fluorescence reader to read the result.
